Template policy page
Terms and Conditions
A demonstration structure only; no fictional service term is legally binding.

1. Template status
This sample describes a static website presentation and is not a contract for real services. The buyer must supply reviewed customer terms.
2. Quotes and scope
Define how estimates become accepted work, how long quotes remain valid and how scope changes are approved. The demo forms do not create a contract.
3. Scheduling
Dates entered online are requests only. Explain real confirmation, arrival windows, delays and rescheduling processes.
4. Customer responsibilities
State truthful access, safety, utilities, permissions and site-contact responsibilities appropriate to the actual service.
5. Pricing and payment
No real prices or payment processing are included. Insert reviewed taxes, deposits, invoicing, payment timing and late-payment terms.
6. Cancellations
Define real cancellation, callout and access-failure rules without hiding material terms.
7. Warranties and liability
Do not rely on demo warranty placeholders. Insert reviewed workmanship, product, exclusion and liability wording.
8. Contact and governing terms
Add the legal business identity, registered details, contact route and applicable governing framework.
This demonstration text is not jurisdiction-specific legal advice. Buyers must replace and review it for their actual business, technology and location.
